Terms & Conditions for Apartment Rental

1. General Terms

1.1. By booking our apartment, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1.2. The rental agreement is between the property owner ("Owner") and the renter ("Guest").

2. Booking and Payment

2.1. A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the booking deposit, which is 20% of the total rental amount.

2.2. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the arrival date.

2.3. For bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date, the full rental amount is due at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date will receive a full deposit refund.

3.2. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date will forfeit the full rental amount.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

4.1. Check-in time is between 15:00 and 23:00. Check-out time is before 12:00.

4.2. Self-check-in is available using the code to the lock. Instructions will be provided before arrival.

5. Use of Property

5.1. The maximum number of guests allowed is 6.

5.2. No pets are allowed.

5.3. Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 07:00.

5.4. No parties or events are allowed.

5.5. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

6. Guest Responsibilities

6.1. Guests must treat the property with care and respect.

6.2. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.

6.3. Before departure, guests must Gather and place used towels in the bathroom. Dispose of all trash in the designated bins. Turn off all appliances. Ensure the apartment is locked.

7. Liability

7.1. The Owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises.

7.2. The Owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest.

8. Governing Law

8.1. The laws of Sweden govern these Terms & Conditions.

8.2. Any disputes arising from the rental agreement will be resolved in the courts of Sweden. By booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
